As an Italian I mainly prepare recipes come from our fantastic and unique country. Our impressive history and culture is linked with food. Every little area of Italy has particular and singular ingredients and preparations, from the island in the south mediterrean up to the mountain in the north.
What’s better to stay around a table with friends to enjoy drinking Italian wine?!
I don’t limit my experience or experiement to local food. I love foreign and esotic food too: French, Germany, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, central american…. Food is a way to get in touch with different cultures.
During my travel I try as much as possibile local food …and avoid Italian! 🙂
